Taneka Myers

Taneka has worked for Aquatic Health and Rehab for over 3 years. She started with AHRS as Front Desk Receptionist, Scheduling and Physical Therapy Technician. She now works in the Finance Department and handles billing, coding, posting, medical records, maintaining medical records and scheduling. She has worked in the medical field for 10 years. She has experienced in scheduling, referrals, authorizations, collections, billing and working closely with the Office Manager in the Finance Department. She specializes in organization, collections, billing, coding, and posting EOBs. She is certified in CPR and is Water Safety Certified. Taneka loves to find problems and correct them. She also likes making patients understand and feel comfortable in what they are paying for. She loves spending time with her family, art and drawing, outdoor activities, camping and fishing.

Tom Shepherd

Tom works as the Facilities Manager and has been with Aquatic Health & Rehab for 6 years. He holds an A.S. Degree in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration from BCC. He has worked in construction, plumbing, marine manufacturing and pool maintenance. He worked as a crew leader in Production/Development and Engineering with Sea Ray Boats for 20 years before retiring. He specializes in pool operations, facility maintenance and repairs, equipment repair, and fabrication. He has worked in the medical field for 6 years. He is a Certified Pool Operator, Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, Certified in Advanced CPR, and Water Safety Certified. He loves to make sure patients are taken care of and safety is a priority. He loves to fish, kayaking and hiking. He is affiliated with Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Lisa Gladu-Molina

Lisa recently joined Aquatic Health and Rehab as the Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduling. She has been working in the medical field since 1987. She prides herself on interaction with people and loves working in the community as well as in the rehabilitation setting. She holds a certification in billing and coding and belly dancing Level 1. She enjoys the challenges of her position, loves working with the phenomenal staff at AHRS, and the wonderful patients that come to see us at AHRS. She loves being involved with her family, going to concerts, cooking, and sporting events. She has been a member of Divine Mercy Catholic Church since 2002, sings with the church choir, serves in her church during mass, and is a member with The Saint Vincent De Paul Society servicing a variety of charitable needs within Brevard County.

Jennifer

Jennifer has worked for Aquatic Health and Rehab for 2 years. She has worked as Front Desk Receptionist and Physical Therapy Technician. She recently took the position as Advertising, and Marketing Manager and Program Development. She has worked in the medical field for 16 years. She served 12 yrs in the US Air Force in the Medical field. She has worked in the Physical Therapy area for 4 years. She has experience in editing and layout development. She specializes in working with people, organizational skills, and is very creative. She is a Certified Pool Operator. She enjoys working with people, developing new marketing and advertising information. She loves to spend time with her children and family. She recently returned from out of state to AHRS and is glad to be home!

Duncan Jay

Duncan has worked for Aquatic Health and Rehab for 2 years. He is the Marketing Director. He is a graduate from Merritt Island High School, Brevard Community College, and The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC. He is also a Certified Nursing Assistant. He is a Personal Trainer, Aquatic Group Exercise Specialist, and recently completed his training in Marketing. He has been in the medical field for 2 years. He is a people person and loves talking with people, sharing jokes and making people laugh. He is also a Stand-Up Comic and tours every summer with connections and experience in most all comedy clubs in New York City. He loves to run, exercise, holds a black belt in Tung-Soo-Do, and teaches Aquatic Classes at Stonewood Condominiums for AHRS.

Mike Miller

Mike is a new addition to Aquatic Health and Rehab working in the Finance Department as the Collections Manager, Patient Care Coordinator, Direct Mail-outs to physicians and Marketing Representative. His experience is in computer networking/information technology area. He specializes in communication, persistence and in his ability to develop relationships with insurance companies for payment for services rendered. He has just recently started in the medical field. He is certified in Microsoft Office, Digital Literacy Certified, and Food Safety Certified.  He loves to hang out with his daughter and play all kinds of sports. He is involved as the director of the food pantry and assistant director of youth ministries at his church. He loves to help his team of coworkers in any way he can.
