LYMPHEDEMA TREATMENT IS NOW AVAILABLE Aquatic Health and Rehab is happy to announce that we are now treating Lymphedema! WHAT IS LYMPHEDEMA? Lymphedema is the swelling of a body part, most often an arm or leg, resulting from the accumulation of fluid when lymph nodes and vessels are blocked, removed or damaged. It is triggered by the removal or radiation of lymph vessels or nodes and may occur following surgery or treatment of breast, cervical, prostate, uterine or colon cancer, as well as post injury or other surgical procedures. HOW CAN I BE SEEN AND TREATED? We accept most insurances, have your physician send us a referral or call to scheduled with our patient intake specialist. They will be able to answer your insurance questions, and set you up with our first available evaluation date. Aquatic Health and Rehabilitation is one of the FEW facilities that offer treatment for lymphedema. | ||
